You have continued to submit wallpapers that you did not make even after belmikry's warning. By your actions you indicate that you have continued to ignore the MT Policy.

This is your second warning and you are now restricted. Should you continue to disregard the rules and policies, you will be banned from Minitokyo.

seeing that you already had a warning, i assume you still have not made a trip to rules and regulations.

you cannot submit items of scans that are already existent in Minitokyo. Your recent scans are actually already in the gallery of Goto P, go to browse> artists> Goto P>female scans.

you will see that they are repeats, i will do you some good, i will not yet report your resubmissions, however, you should check and then remove them yourself. Don't do that all the time, by repeating scan submissions, you will be liable for restriction (a mmember who cannot submit anything at all, but can write in forums)

Unfortunately I’m here to inform you that your latest actions on Minitokyo have violated the rules and regulations you have agreed to on the MT policy and the submission FAQ.

Basically, you have submitted an Anime Wallpaper which was not actually made by you, which as you may remember is not permitted at MT. All wallpaper submissions must be designed and created by the member which submits them, which means no reproducing of existing wallpapers or submitting walls you have come across from at other sites. This is called ripping and is not acceptable behaviour on MT.

Please review the MT policy and submission FAQ before submitting any more art you have, because after three warnings you may be banned from Minitokyo. Being that this is your first warning, I assume this is a failure of reading the policy as of yet, and since we are all allowed mistakes, please do not view this message as argumentive or haste in any sort. If you have any questions concerning MT’s policy or this specific example, please don't hesitate to ask me about them
